Some of them offer scholarships for first time attendees or cover your registration if you volunteer to work a few shifts during the conference.

A high-energy professional development conference designed to inspire teachers with engaging classroom strategies, creativity, and motivation. They offer a series of smaller GYTO conferences accros the country and some states, such as Indiana, will pay for teacher registration.
